Evanston/Skokie School District 65 has added a virtual community gathering to its search for a new superintendent. It is for people who have not yet taken part in the earlier sessions. The school board and search firm Alma Advisory Group will host the gathering from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5. Participants can share what they value about District 65, their hopes for the district’s future and the leadership qualities they think matter most in the next superintendent. The district has also extended its online survey through Friday, Nov. 6, so more staff, families and community members can weigh in.
